The Big Box is always looking for profitable products to sell in our stores.  Since we soon will be America's only remaining retail operation, you should probably apply to be a Big Box approved vendor.  It's really easy to become an approved vendor by following our simple requirements.  If you are unable to meet our requirements, you're screwed.

  1. Products will be invoiced at 50% below your lowest quoted price, freight prepaid to our stores with a minimum order of one piece.
  2. Our payment terms are 50% 2/net 5 - If we elect to pay early (2 years), we will take a 50% deduction off invoice, or pay the invoice in full in 5 years (less unsold product returns - see requirement 3).
  3. You must pick up (at your freight expense) all unsold, damaged, returned, used, or defective product within 12 hours of notification.
  4. You must provide staff to unload your merchandise at our stores, stock the shelves, assist the customers, sweep the floors, make the coffee, and provide backrubs to Walton Bernie.
  5. We can cancel the vendor agreement at any time provided we have given you 30 minutes notice.  Vendors are not permitted to cancel the agreement.
